Tuesday, July 11 – Bagels – Boiled and made by Scratch plus Compound Butters and Flavored Cream Cheeses.
Wednesday, July 12 – Griddle Cakes – We’ll start with a traditional pancake recipe and then we’ll expand to filling and rolling our unusual griddle cakes with ingredients that other cultures often use. NOTE: I will be using peanut flour for one Asian Version!
Thursday, July 13 – Quiche – we’ll create lovely custardy meals both with and without a crust!
