Falafels – these tasty little balls of yum are a little tricky to get just right. We’ll take the time to master at home.Vegetarian version available! Perhaps we’ll even have time to stuff some grape leaves!

Chickpea Hummus – and then we’ll try some variations using chick peas as the base!

Tuesday, June 20 – Jambalaya down in the Big Easy
Let them take a trip down to New Orleans – at least in mind and music! We’ll be making corn bread to go along with this feast – Vegetarian Version Also Offered!

Wednesday, June 21 – To Barcelona for Paella!
From New Orleans we take a trip to Barcelona to make the Spain’s most famous dish! Vegetarian version also available.

Thursday, June 22 – Burgers back Home…
without using hamburger – we’ll make the best vegan burgers ever! Perhaps closing in on the ones they sell at the Shorewood Farmers Market!? Mushrooms, Seeds, Oatmeal, and other ingredients will open up the world to more than just the burger joint down the street! We’ll also garnish with some fabulous sauces and sides! This is totally vegetarian!
